Shipping

FREE delivery with DHL and DPD.
If you place your order before 10 p.m., it will be shipped the same day.
In 98% of cases, your package will be delivered the next day.

Returns

You can return your order free of charge within 30 days of receipt.

In the box you will find:

• a packing slip

• return instructions

• a return label

Conditions for returns:

• Shoes must be unworn and in new condition.

• Packaged in the original, undamaged shoe box.

After receiving your return, we will assess it. If everything is in order, you will receive a confirmation by email and the purchase amount will be refunded within 7 days.

Exchanges

We cannot exchange products. Would you like a different size or color? Please place a new order and return the original pair.

Our request

For the sake of the environment and because high return rates are not economically viable, we kindly ask you to order consciously. Of course, you can still return items if the size is not right or the product is not to your liking.
